The home will be open for full access, front yard, backyard, and the inside of the home. There is a janitors closet that will remain locked.

We will be a short message away! In case of an emergency, we can be reached by phone call and in person.

All direct bookings include a mandatory Damage Waiver Fee, which provides up to $10,000 of accidental damage protection during your stay.
This protection is provided by Safely.com and replaces a traditional security deposit.

Safely performs a guest ID verification and screening prior to arrival.
Intentional damage or negligence is not covered.
No action is required from the guest.
